Question on CKD and Protein/ALA

I'm taking about 30g of Glutamine and Creatine each day straight with water and it tastes like absolute ass. My question is if I add one scoop of Pro-Complex (About 27g of Mixed Whey/Caesin) with it then take some ALA with it is it possible to not be knocked out of ketosis?

I'm not sure how much I'd need to take to be safe, but I'd guess 300mg if I'm already taking in my protein Reqs for the day? Any help is appreciated guys.

ALA is NOT a sure supplement to keep you in Ketosis. That is the problem I see these days, people mistaking ALA w/ insulin. Unless you are good at using slin, I would rather stick w/ NO WHEY in my Ketonic diet.

EAT MEAT.....MEAT=no ketosis problems

I thought Pro Complex was whey + egg. Anyway, stick to solid foods on a keto, or a blend w/ maybe 5 - 10g/whey per serving. I think meat is better and tastier.
 
Ok well the thing is the protein is not taken in for actual protein...it's just to mask the nasty ass taste of pure glutamine...

Do you guys know anything that I could add with the creatine/glutamine to mask the flavor? Crystal Light maybe? Anything like that?
