I'm taking about 30g of Glutamine and Creatine each day straight with water and it tastes like absolute ass. My question is if I add one scoop of Pro-Complex (About 27g of Mixed Whey/Caesin) with it then take some ALA with it is it possible to not be knocked out of ketosis?
I'm not sure how much I'd need to take to be safe, but I'd guess 300mg if I'm already taking in my protein Reqs for the day? Any help is appreciated guys.
