Question on anavar/creatine cycle, already in it????

Hey guys I'm on a anavar/creatine cycle right now I'm running IP anavar 40mg/day for 7 weeks and twinlab creatine 10g/day. My diet is 2,400 cals 40g/fat, 180g/carbs, and 220g/protein daily. I have put on about 6lbs that need to come off. My goals on this cycle are to keep weight which I havn't and gain massive strength. If I was to drop fat to 30g/day, carbs to 100-150/day, and bump protein to 250g/day would this help me take off weight and stil keep gaining strength?????

ANY help is appreciated. Thanx

Yes,bump the protein up higher and drop those carbs WAY down. The 100g a day figure is better, and if on certain days you can drop it well below that,it will work even better at de-sensitizing your insulin response and promoting ketosis.

Agreed. I generally try to shoot for 1 1/2-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight when on and off cycle. Try to get the carbs that you do consume from complex carb sources such as yams, brown rice, oatmeal, rye bread, whole wheat pasta ect.....Keep the fat intake low. Try to get in the fats from Fish and Flax oil but stay away from fast food and greasy shit! I would personally bump the Creatine dose to 30mg/Day instead while on Var as it increases creatine uptake but that is just me

Huck thanx for the response here's my concern about carbs that low I'm not going for any type of look at all just wanna cut some fat and mainly is get stronger. Will carbs that low stil give me the boost I need for strength.

Mustang you don't think that much creatine will put extra water retention on me which I don't need. Remember I gotta drop weight.

Yes,you will still stay strong if you bump your protein up higher,as ox is notorious for keeping you in a state of positive nitrogen balance, even during a fasting phase. The primary way it achieves this is to slow export of amino acids from the cell.By continually saturating the amino pool, you should be able to potentiate this mechanism and keep contractile proteins high within the fibers.

Cool thanx I'll bump up the protein starting tomm and drop carbs and fat. Now does anyone else know about the creatine 30g/day I think that would be too much water bloat and put weight on which i dont need.

It very well may put on added water retention which will leave you post cycle. Your strength would go up a great deal though

Creatine itself is OSMOTIC.This means it draws water INTO the cell(pertaining to muscle). It does not make one'hold water'.This misconception is usually tied to the amount and type of carbohydrates that are attached to most creatine formulas. It is the carbs that encourage the sub-q edema. The solution is to use a different delivery vehicle that will get more creatine into the blood,so less insulin will be needed to drive it's entry across the cell membrame. The effervescent forms can achieve this due to ionizing the creatine molecules.

Ok I've heard that efervescent is the best but to me it's expensive b/c I already enogh creatine of twinlab to last me for the year, bout in massive quantity. Now if I was to buy efervescent then mix it with the other twinlab creatine would this work????

So your saying that the carb intake with creatine is what brings the water bloat????? If so what do I mix the creatine with I was told a GH carb drink so I've been mixing with gatorade???/

Thanx
