I posted this on the training board, but it gets very little traffic compared to this one. If it gets moved, it gets moved, but here it goes anyway...
My boy did his first cycle this year. he's a big kid naturally, but man, did he blow up and seems to be holding gains just fine as it's 2 weeks since he finished up. He works out with a friend of his who competes and this guy is gonna start training him (paid service) because my boy wants to do a show. I can't really afford a trainer, but this guys seems to be good. Guys who came a long way on their own, was all trial and error the whole time? And guys who had trainers, what did they determine about you before they began training you and what did they do so differently from what you were doing? Thanks. For the record I'm under 10% BF and currently have a 34' waist (only getys to 33" @7%) and 16-1/2 inch arms (Sucks), 5'9 192 lbs. Just to give you guys an idea of where I'm at.
