I know that running nolva and letro or nolva and adex can reduce the effectiveness of the substances. This would be kind of pointless and take your estro way to low but would running aromasin and adex together reduce eachothers effectiveness?

I dont think it would but im just curious.

Aromasin is a suicide or irreversable aromatase inhibitor, meaning that it destroys the aromatase enzyme. Arimidex is a competitive AI which means that it binds to aromatase and the enzymes that are bound cannot convert testosterone to estrogen. Not more of the same thing.

A light mix of both can be very effective when trying to combat a nasty case of gyno. They will not reduce each others effectiveness but work together one binding the other killing.

Same thing in regard to the result -- unlike clomid or nolva which are estrogens that compete for the e receptors and also have a similar effect to each other. (Which sucks IMO)

What dex does, san does. I use both and find no difference.

Arimidex is a competitive inhibitor of aromatase enzymes. Basically this means it works by way of binding to the active binding site of the aromatase enzyme resulting in prevention of interaction. This is great for rapid binding to already active sites.

Aromasin is a mechanism-based irreversible inhibitor of the aromatase enzyme. An irreversible aromatase inhibitor is also referred to as a suicide inhibitor. It is highly selective though but what it does grab hold of it will not let it go.


Together they can be very effective in getting red of a case of gyno pretty quick. or reducing bloat fast.

just for curiosity sake, thinking 20mg aromasin and 1mg adex. I would think this would make a killer estro/gyno stack on cycle and if your not running anything on cycle, maybe taking these two together who halt gyno from further developemnt pretty fast or maybe even reverse it!!>??

I mean both substantially will lower estrogen levels and they both work thu different pathways to do it and then aromasin will also grab hold of circulating estro and make it impossible for the body to use.

Was thinking of a stack like this more for a fast gyno flare up or to stop gyno fast. But who knows wth as low as estro should be on a stack like this maybe gyno could be reversed some. Both AI get to full plasma concentrations in a wk.

this whole concept has been done. letro and nolva destroy gyno. ive done it before and so have many others.
