question bout fat loss and cardio?

nowadays ive seen and heard of a lot of ppl losing fat w/o cardio???....is cardio as important to weight loss as it has been taught to us to be?....
most ppl nowadays just live on strict diets and supplements and juice etc and lose more fat than the guy that is doin 2 miles a day....and their maintaing LBM where the guy running seems to be losing muscle mass....
i always figured that u must force ur body into an aerobic mode since the other two ways of getting energy (creatine-p and anaerobic) dont use fat as its fuel source....when these guys onlly pound weights all day (more or less creatine-p and maybe a lil anaerboic but no aerobic) how is their body resorting to fat?


plus i hate running!!!....so some1 give me reasons to go bakk to cardio lol before i turn into a fat slob....or let me kno y cardio isnt that important?...im not too educated in the BB juss got into the scene so someone enlighten me...
 
First of all cardio is not only good for losing fat, but also keeping the body and heart healthy.

For all people cardio is not necessary. My best friend eats shit all day... We go to lunch at wendys, i eat 2 chicken breast sandwhiches without the bread. He eats 3 cheeseburgers, fries, 5 nugs, and a coke... Does absolutely no cardio ever and stays under 8% bf.

I eat a restrcted diet and run 30 minutes 3 times aweek and spin an hour 3 times a week and still cant get from 10% to 6%...

It depends on the person... I have beendoing mad cardio for 4 months now and leaned out... I maybe lost a few lbs of muscle but nothing noticable... I think i actually look bigger.

Diet is key... If you have a strict clean diet and are taking thermos or r-ala combo and not losing the weight then gor for some cardio.

Either way i would do at least 2 sessionsof cardio aweek no matter what
