Question about test levels

I finished my cycle of test e 750 mg wk last Sunday. The following Tuesday I tore my ACL while doing work related training. I do not start PCT (HCG, Nolvadex) till this Monday. I am going to have to have surgery and prior to that I have to have bloodwork done. My question is will it be obvious by my blood work results that I was using gear? And since this is technically a work related injury, would the doc have to report anything like this to my employer? I know these may seem like stupid questions, but I am a little worried about this. Thanks in advance for any input.

They won't know you have steroids in your system. You'll be fine, and have a speedy recovery.

I wouldnt worry about it, the testing they are going to be doing I would think would be looking for other things besides a high or low test level.

I was on when I got my ACL reconstructed. Doctor never mentioned any odd bloodwork results.
