Question about redline and protein

I am kind of lost when it comes to this stuff so sorry if I am asking a lot of stupid questions.

I am 5' 3'' at 115 lb female
I do cardio 5xs a week in the morning on an empty stomach
I eat healthy but don't have a specific plan to list for you
I am not quite sure what my body fat is but will find out soon (if I had to guess I would say around 17% or little less)

Anywho,I just started taking Redline (liquid) and it says to make sure that I take 5 to 6 servings of high grade protein and then it lists some suggestions. I was wondering since I am using a vpx sports product that I should stay with vpx sports in choosing a protein product? One of their suggestions is to use Micellean Bioactive Superfood, has anyone used this before? I am not looking to build a whole lot of muscle, but rather help maintain and not lose muscle while taking redline. If y'all have any suggestions I would really appreciate it.(And yes I said Y'ALL and yes I am from Texas, so if you feel the need to make fun of the way I speak....go for it, but just remember EVERYTHING IS BETTER IN TEXAS!!!! :bfold: )

If you are looking to maintain mass while decreasing bf, then it is important to know what your nutritional intake is, as a starting point. The use of a product such as RedLine may be unnecessary if what is holding you back is a piece of chocolate cake, for example.

The fact that you are performing cardio first thing in the morning before (I hope) eating a healthy breakfast is an excellent way to drop bf. But look at your carb and fat intake first before you go looking towards buying supplements.

Y'all will save yourself some money in the long run, ya here. :D

But for reference, consume protein at a level of one gram per pound of lean body mass and lift heavy to maintain mass while defining.
