I'm 24, 5.9 feet tall, 160 pounds, been going to the gym for a bit over a year (3 times a week strict), never been on steroids. I'm an athletic/thin build. I have improved a lot and gained a lot of lean muscle definition but I still have an athletic look.
My died is generally: 4 or 5 meals a day of chicken, beef , potato, bread, eggplant, rice, lots of milk/water and protein shakes.
I can get any type of steroid but I dont have much choice for pct.
