shows coming up in three weeks, pretty sure conditioning is bang on, but I always hold a ton of water. This time instead of waiting till I start the heavy diuretics the week of the show, I wouldnt mind trying some of the natural ones, see what I can peel off in the meantime....
so far I have green tea, dandelion, and apple cider vinegar, nothing about amounts and how well they work. Anyone have any other ones, or more info about these ones?
