Question about ME bench days

Are you supposed to always use partials for ME bench day? I was thinking of mixing it up somewhat like this for instance:

week 1: 2 board press
week 2: close grip bench
week 3: floor press
week 4: incline bench
week 5: 3 board press
week 6: bench
week 7: floor press w/chains
week 8: wide grip bench

maybe alternate partial moves with fum ROM ones... Anything wrong with that?
 
Depends on the weight. If you're still going to go heavy, I'd go as low as 50-60% of max. You may handle it just fine though.
 
Sorry, I'm confused :confused:

If I used 50-60% of maximum and maxed out, I would probably get 15 reps. I thought a Max Effort day was trying to go for a max single (or a max triple or max set of 5 for some moves). Are you telling me you wouldn't recommend maxing out on any full ROM moves on any ME days? Looking over the elitefts.com site, I haven't come across anything that said you should limit the ME day to partials.

I'm just trying to clarify what you're saying. Thanks :)
 
No, I just have an idea of portion of my 1 rep max my various board presses are for 1 and 3 RMs. They'd be different than his, of course.
