Question about heating gear up before injection

Now i've been in the game for a long time and always just took the litle bit of ass pain.But when you say heat the gear before injection what do I just place the bthree bottles I;m about to inject in some hot water.Odd question from someone whos done about 7 cycles but like I said I never tryed this technique

I've tried the mythical 'warm' injections by running hot water over the syringe (capped of course), it didn't help a bit. The injection was smoother, but the pain was exactly the same PI. If you want to cut down on the pain, either bake it or cut the product with sterile oil.
