Question about Adderall and nootropics

I just recently was prescribed adderall, and I was wondering what interactions it would have with nootropics like neurogenex, or oxiracetam. Anyone stacked anything with adderall. I am primarily looking for anything that might increase cognition or protect against negative effects of the adderall. (Thinking about idebinone or coq10. ALCAR makes me feel spacy for some reason. Already taking ALA and melatonin and occasionally selenium for there antioxidation.) Very curious about the racetam's interactions with adderall, if anyone has anything to contribute I would appreciate it thanks.

Dude, I was presribed Adderrall XR, and I went off the deep end...literally. It is basically pharmaceutical grade speed, so be careful. Ramp up to it...5mg to start. I took a max of 30mg a day, and yes I was euphoric, lost weight, felt like Superman, but I also acted like an asshole, and had a blatant disregard for other people...

I'm Rx'd Adderall as well. I've combined it with piracetam, hydergine and desmopressin. Never had any problems. I spoke to my doctor regarding taking both at the same time, but he wasn't knowlegable of nootropics.

Desmopressin will have obvious effects one should be aware of regardless of other medication, but with piracetam and other nootropics with virtually no effects found in supraphysiological doses, it's highly unlikely there will be any problems.
