Question About 1st cycle

thanks man. let me try to help you understant something jc. like i said before i was 243lbs with about 12% bf they day i started my first cycle. i had been working out since i was about 16. but it was not a steady build up from the beginning. when i first started i would train kinda like you and didn't grow at all. then i broke up my workouts, started doing a little better but really didn't progress much because i was over training. its all trial and error bro. you have to find what diet/workout will work best far you. ive been skinny and ive been fat. i really didn't start making good gains until the last 2 yrs or so. in the four years before that i tried prohormones and all kinda other crap. so why did i gain more natually after i stoped using that crap? its because that it took me over 4 yrs to figure out my training and diet. diet and training are 95% of what makes you gain. if you cant gain weight now you won't be able to gain with the gear. id say get your diet and training going, hang around the boards, and try to learn. after a couple of months check back and let us know how you are progressing. we aren't trying to stop you from using gear, we are trying to help you use it properly.

some knucklehead juicefreak in my gym just convinced him to eat a half dozen dbols a day and the only thing getting bigger on him now is his head. literally and figuratively. lol

lol. damn even if those were just 10mgs that 60mgs a day. thas a LOT for someone that small. at least his puffy face will match his puffy niples.
 
JC, all these guys are giving you some solid advice. I am 22 and have been working out for almost 2.5 years now and in the last 6 months, I have gained about 6lbs of muscle just from changing up my workout and eating differently. I've never done a cycle, and hope to start my first cycle in about a year. Right now I weigh 207 at about 11%BF and I started out at 165 when I started lifting. Gear will not do you shit unless you know exactly what you are doing with your body first.
