go over to the training forum. you will find a lot of info on it there. There is clearly something wrong with either yer diet, training, or sleeping. I would suggest keeping a diary for the next 2 wks of everything that you put in your mouth. You may be surprised at how little you are actually eating.
Are you eating natural Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, Tuna, Steak, Chicken, sweet potato, brown rice??
Do you consume a post workout shake? If so what is in it?
What exactly is your training like?
If you hit the gas right now you will inflate then deflate (this is a best case scenario). You need to figger out what is wrong with your routing, fix it, make some gains, then consider AAS.
