Question About 1st cycle

go over to the training forum. you will find a lot of info on it there. There is clearly something wrong with either yer diet, training, or sleeping. I would suggest keeping a diary for the next 2 wks of everything that you put in your mouth. You may be surprised at how little you are actually eating.

Are you eating natural Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, Tuna, Steak, Chicken, sweet potato, brown rice??

Do you consume a post workout shake? If so what is in it?

What exactly is your training like?

If you hit the gas right now you will inflate then deflate (this is a best case scenario). You need to figger out what is wrong with your routing, fix it, make some gains, then consider AAS.
 
thats the thing. I eat tuna 3 times a week, no joke. The white albacore kind. I eat peanut butter atleast 3 times a week. I drink a preworkout shake. It consist of 2200 calories, 45 grams of protien and 45 grams of carbs. My post workout shake consists of 1890 calories, 74 grams of protien and 45 grams of carbs. I sleep great. Just bought a feather bed and a memory foam mattress. My workout EVERY OTHER DAY, conssists of me attacking every major muscle group. I do them all in a day. I lift the maximum amount of weight i can when doing reps. My reps consist of 3 groups of 10 per muscles trained. I usually start with curls, then move to bench press, then move to squats, then move to calf lifting, then move to sholder shrugs, then move to shoulder press then finish with dips. I can see you guys are trying to talk me out of using gear, but i believe i need them medically, where as most people in this forum use it for cosmetic purposes. Thats why i dont understand why no one will help me with the correct usages of my gear. i just dont get it. I guess i will have to figure out a correct stack on my own.......even though im asking for help...............

I am not convinced about the diet aspect of this. Eating 10x a day, 2000 calorie shakes, and no gain?!? Where is it going? Do you take a shit every hour?

Make sure your diet is proper - becuase if you are human and you are eating and not sick, you have to gain weight if you are taking in more than you are burning.

Go to www.fitday.com and be honest about your intake.

And just becuase you think you are virtious and have done all that you can naturally, some people are just not good candidates for gear. If food doesn't put mass on you, why would you thing gear would?

this is probable the crapiest workout i have ever seen. this is why you aren't getting bigger. your workout sucks. you dont workout every bodypart every other day unless you are over 65 years old and just go to the gym to drink cofee, kill time, and take up spae on the equipment. if you are going to do a cycle at least change you workout routine. if you dont you wont gain alot and probable waste a good cycle. and the part about 15 deca and 5 sust doesnt tell us shit either. is it amps, vials. how many mg/ml. we need more info on your gear. if you tell us how many days a week you want to workout we can give you a good routine.

The 5X5 can be found in the workout forum here on elite. Just do a search for the Madcow 5X5.

Regarding gear, I don't think you are in the right mindset to do gear and are too young so I won't help you in that area. ANything else regarding diet or workout or whatever I will do my best.

I will try and find a link for the 5X5 and post it in this forum for you.

I had a friend years ago built about like you describe.He could not gain and ate like a frieght train.I got him to get some of the weight gainer stuff and he started getting some size without even getting on the stuff.He was using this.

Help you out so you don't harm yourself? Bro, you are 20 years old, you don't need any gear; PERIOD. Your state ofmind does not lend me any confidance that you are ready for gear at any age. This is going to make me sound like a jerk, but man you need to drop the idea of gear and look into diet, and mainly your workout, that thing you are doing sucks and I bet those 2 issues are 80% of why you are not gaining any mass. You say to help you out because you don't want to harm yourself. Doing gear at your age is harming yourself and I'm not going to help you do that to yourself needlessly.

The main issue here on why I won't and I would encourage nobody else to help you is your statement above about this being the only way to make you feel better about yourself. So somebody calls you skinny...call them fat, or 4 eyes, or whatever, SCREW THEM. Why do you care so much about what others think? Gear is not the answer to happiness, and there appear to be some self confidance issues in your life that need to be resolved because man I tell you; muscles don't solve life problems and gear won't either. You need to look at the face in the mirror and forget the world, be happy with who you are NOW and get some self confidance. THINGS (and this includes gear) are not going to make you feel better about who you are, that has to be done 100 natural......just like your workout routine should be.

This isn't the post you wanted I know that, but thats how I see it and I call em like I see em hoping I can help beleive it or not. Good luck with your workouts and the 5X5.

These numbers don't seam right. I've always read that carbs and protein are around 5 calories per gram and fat is 9 calories per gram.
So your first shake is 45x5=225cals + 45x5=225cals + fat g(9) = 2200cals
Do the math and this would mean your eating 194 grams of fat along with your shake to make everything add up, just don't seem right.

Also, you say your going to take the gear anyway. What happens when your nipples start to itch real bad and then get sore, what will you do? You have nothing to combat this and with a couple of the items you plan on taking you have a high chance of it happening.
