Question About 1st cycle

steroids aren't a miracle cure. just look at the pic link in wayneboard's signature. the one that says "muscle without supliments" see steroids aren't a miracle.

but in all seriousness, with your workout and only being 140lbs, i dont think the gear will help you that much. it may seem like we are being asses but we are actually trying to help you. if you want to do the gear thats your choice, i would say not to though. i just started using gear and im 22yrs old. alot of people would say to wait longer but i am 6'4" 253lbs . i am on my first now. i started at 243.4lbs. i know i do have good genetics for size but being 6'2" you should weigh more than 140lbs before starting your first cycle. at least get a new workout plan and do that for a while. at least to get your muscle used to taking on that kinda workload. if you just start using gear and start a better workout plan then your muscles won't be able to handle it and you could hurt yourself.

exactly. we could give you basic dosing info but we don't know anything about the gear you have. and you dont have any anti e's. what about ptc, do you have everything you need for that. seems like you are kinda seting yourself up for alot of problems.
 
Well, im trying to ask you guys what i need to make this cycle worth while. Im a novice, i know. But shit, im not going to be small anymore. No one here is helping me. I hear you all, dont do it. but let me ask you guys, why the hell did you start using gear? TO GET BIG! Im sorry my post are short and lack detail. Im working and dont have a computer at home.
My dianabols are 300 @ 5 mg
Sustanon is 250mg/1ml
Deca is 300 mg/1ml
Clomid
What should i use if i get itchy nipples. I dont care about water weight, as i need the damn weight.
What is the best workout routine to put on bulk, mainly with the upper body.
and as with all the people saying im to young to start, i realize some started iun their 30, but WTF im 20, and i have people that started wen they were 21,22,ect telling me not to do it because im too young....what the hell is that......2 years is not much difference.... Again, im just looking for the right input, because, as stubborn as i am, im going to gear up. Ive already paid and thats that. Now please someone help me with a good workout routine and some things i need to combat the side effects. PLEASE.
 
i don't really give a fuck how old you are. my problem is with your training. you body isn't used to the kinda workouts you need to build alot of muscle. you need to change your workout and stay with that for a while before using the gear. your body needs to get used to that kinda workload. and you made some poor choices in gear. 5 amps of sust isn't going to do dick. you are pretty small so you won't need alot but sust really needs to be injected more often and it will have just started full working at wk 3 or 4, so 5 wks worth isnt going to do shit. you could do a deca only cycle but some people get deca dick from running it with no test. some do some don't. i wouldnt use deca without test though. but, if you dont have a steady girlfriend it might not matter to you. if you don't get your workout going and have a good base before you start you cycle you wont gain much of anything though. and anything you will gain will be lost after the cycle.
 
JC...in reply to your PM to me asking why I started gear, I'll tell you why. I am in my early 30's and thats also when gear entered the picture. I have a job that is VERY physically demanding and I need all the help I can get to do my job. While I am very capable of doing my job, my age was starting to show with the stress of the job so I tried gear to stay at the top of my game. I got to the top of my game natural FYI. Keep in mind that is after years of school sports and weight training/excercise. Cosmetics are a nice bonus but I am proud to say that 95% of the time I don't care what others think about me. WHY? Because what is freting over what is said about me going to change? NOTHING. I don't enter contests because I don't have the desire or the time or the genetics to do so. I am short and stocky, always have been always will be, but I am built like a pitbull and can be just as mean. :qt:

I won't help you with gear because not only are guys that are much to young using gear as a "cure all" but as others have said, there is something very wrong with your workout and diet and you think gear will solve all your problems. What happens when your cycle is over and you lose half of it as water? If your diet is not in check and you are not lifting properly you will hurt yourself or overtrain. Thats not going to happen to you if you get on gear because you are going to really tighten things down right? And I was only going to do one cycle. LOL Not gonna happen man. I would rather see you get some changes that will help you long before you ever get any gear in your system. Besides as Radar says food is the most anabolic subtance on the planet.

You mentioned that you went thru high school being called names...who didn't?!?! I was called every name under the sun countless times, I won some fights and I lost others, thats part of growing up man and until you get some self confidance nothing you do, gear or anything else will change that and make life any better.

I will do whatever I can to help you with workouts or diet and can reccomend some guys on here that are very wise in these areas as well. The link I sent to you on the 5X5 is pretty straight forward and lays it all out but I will do what I can to help. What is it that you read that is not clear?

I like to try different workouts and change things up, thats my personal preference and this 5X5 tore me up man, I highly reccomend that and some dietery changes and I would almost bet you will see great results in a few months.

Regarding your protein increase, the goal is 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight at least. You may want to have that at 1.5-2 grams. There is some debate on when to take it and how mcuh protein should be shakes versus solid food. I split it down the middle and get half from food and half from shakes. When bulking I take one shake mid morning and one before bed to fuel my bodies repair and prevent muscle being used as fuel overnight. I bet some other guys will chime in on what they do but that is my opinion. It's a giant experiment and you will find what works for you and when.

for the workout you can split it how you want to. you could use a 4 day split.

chest, biceps, forarms
legs
shoulders and traps
back and triceps.

you could do that with a day of rest in the middle. or if you want to workout more often do only 1 body part a day. its really up to you. you should only train each bodypart once a week. if you aren't sore for a few days after then you aren't hitting it hard enough. for each body part start with the compound excercises for that particular body part. like squats for legs, military press for shoulders, flat bench for chest, and so on. how many sets are you doing per body part right now?
 
there's this really skinny dude in my gym roughly your size and he works out like a mother fucker but he still looks like paris hilton.

i told him he should keep training like he does and start eating 4 jars of peanut butter and a big mac every day. lol

some knucklehead juicefreak in my gym just convinced him to eat a half dozen dbols a day and the only thing getting bigger on him now is his head. literally and figuratively. lol
