quad injections

hey fellas i got an easy question... wats the smallest or lets say best size needle to use for my quads.... i have only shot my delts and glutes....and my chest once or twice.... and where on the quad do you guys shoot? i have never shot here for fear of hitting a nerve but i would rather spread the injections around... if you guys could help me out it would be great thanks.... also for my delts and chest i was using 25g 5/8 and for my glutes 23g 1 1/2 inch...

one inch pins will be ok. but i do think that the deeper the inject, the better. no chance of it being trapped between the skin and muscle....

Hit the vastus lateralis - side of the thigh about 1/3 to 1/2 down from the hip.
23g 1" would be ideal, 1 1/2" will work fine also.

1 inch is pefect

I use 1 1/4 on thighs. Make sure I can get it in deep.

thanks guys i will prolly go with a 1 inch to start off either prolly 25g just to test the waters for some reason i am a little paranoid bout the quads.... its wierd i dont have a prollem wit delts or glutes...... thanks for all the responses
