there's a couple of things i was wondering about and need help with. On my non lifting days (Tuesday and Thursday) i plan on adding 45-60 minutes L/M intensity cardio but do i still need to have a PWO shake? if so do should it be the same as i normally have i.e 50g Whey/75g WMS? Secondly i plan on starting kickboxing again very soon which will be on a Thursday night for a couple of hours. Would i need a PWO shake after that too? Bare in mind im carb cyclng atm aswell.
