Any of you do pushups at home just for the hell of it. I had the urge to go lifting, but its 1:30AM and well i'm too lazy to get dressed and go, so i did pushups.
I thought its 24/7 cept for saturdays. Oh well... lol
Never saw 1000 reps, but if you think about it, body weight different than the gym weight. Sure doing about 500reps a day total will get you to 1000 reps in one shot.
