I've done some 20 reppers and I can feel the heat for a few days. I'll normally do a set of 10 and 5 afterwards if I can. I feel them in my delts, triceps, glutes, hams, and quads...GREAT total body workout.
I've seen people doing these in a staggered leg formation. :coughme) Is this acceptable? They would change the stance every set with each leg being up front and behind the same amount of time.
