Punk, Industrial, Goth and Metal fans

If you like punk check out The Casualties, i think you will dig them, download a few of their songs. Most of what i listen too is not the hardcore street punk type stuff, but bands like Lagwagon, Millencolin, Bad Religion, Pennywise, NOFX, Diesel Boy, Bouncing Souls, Social Distortion, Guttermouth, and Rancid all have some great shit. I am sure i missed some as well.

Awesome. I love "Everything Invaded" and "From Lowering Skies" on that record. Glad you like it orb.

This dude at work brought in a few CDs today. One of them being from a band called Circle of Dust. I listened to about half of it. Not my thing, but if you're into industrial, I suggest you check it out.

I had actually heard of Circle of Dust before but did not have any of their stuff, I went to the Wherehouse the other day to check out the used CD's, found one of their CD's and bought it. Pretty cool. I also picked up a Ciko Miko CD (singer of Suicidal Tendencies), his solo stuff isn't his best but at $1.99, I couldn't resist.

What do you guys think of the murder dolls?
I had bought tickets to see Danzig last Holloween (the show got cancelled though), and they were going to open for him, so I downloaded a few of their songs to check them out. I like "197666"

I downloaded a bunch of Casualties songs, but haven't had much time to listen to them much. I do like what I have heard so far though, they have a "real" punk sound, kind of old school and not the goofy, funny, teeny bopper punk of some of the bands today.

BTW
do you like, or have you heard of "The Stitches", they kind of remind me of them in a way.

check out my buddies in avenged sevenfold... see if you can find zkaudio in the unholy confessions video... ! :X

No, but i will check them out. Rancid always gets a bad rap for the simple fact they sell alot of albums, but Albums like Lets Go, and Rancid 2000 that don't have any ska on them are very good. So is the original selftitled from 1993, i personally love them, even the ska, but some dont. Also the business are good, they are from England. Dropkick Murphys are hard to categorize, their first album "Do or Die" has that street punk sound to it, where their following stuff still has some harder stuff on it but more of an irish feel, especially "sing loud sing proud". Bad Religion is nto very hard, but their first couple albums, Suffer, No Control, and Against the Grain are probably some of the great albums of all time, all music included. Also check out stuff from 80-85, that is a compilation of all the stuff they did, Greg Graffin was 15 in 1980, so it is raw, but very very good. Greg Graffin and Mr. Brett are some of the greatest song writers in music.
