also I didnt even think about the prolactin increase from the use of GHB. I was wondering if the puffiness was due to some increase in prolactin, and since I was using arim for the test it wasnt estrogen.

So Vitex decreases prolactin? I've never heard of that, I've only heard of bromocriptine for reducing prolactin, I believe. also doesnt increases in prolactin negate some of the GH that is secreted in our bodies, or shot?

Wait! Doesnt it play a role in erectile function too?

Prolactin is mostly negative from a MALE perspective (at least at higher than normal levels)

I have the same thing as you clemodog, I am on a cycle of 250-500 mg. week test, no anti, e's I had one puffy nip and a little lactation I guess, but now on cycle both are puffy,and a little stuff comes out, I might try vitex, they say vitex may increase progesterone, but this shouldnt be a prob. since I am using only test, right?

the use of vitex can increase the production of progesterone? that wouldnt be too good either.

basically we only need to be worried about estrogen since we are both on test. Get some anti-e if you can, especially arimidex.

i can tell you nolvedex wont do jack shit at this point... from my experience anyway, well i have the gland now. I'll never trust that shit again.. i'll have to go with the L-DEX !!
