today: woke up with a big zit on my nose and my eye won't stop twitching.

today: didn't sleep well last night at all.

if i don't come back, i've thrown myself over a cliff.

actually I get super nervous too. but, i find when i am the subject matter expert and I am presenting to an audience who does not know as much as I on the topic, that I am much more at ease. so basically, just pretend that everyone youre speaking to is stupid, youre the smartest one in the room, and you wont be quite so nervous
