Very so often, like, twice a day or so, my cats go ape and run up and down for up to an hour pretty much continuously at full speed. I think it's cute, but is this normal for cats?
My cat does that around evening time when she´s been sleeping alot or when it´s been a very hot day, too hot to play around daytime.
She attacks everything that moves and runs around on the furniture, stairs, tables etc.
