At 50mg's per day, should the dosage be split up in the day? Morning and evening? Or all at once? Empty stomach? Does it matter?

I'd try to split it up into morning/evening, but it really doesn't matter.

I just take both tabs in the morning. But does it matter if I take with food, shakes or empty stomach??

o just read the steroud profile and they reccomend u split up the doses.. am and pm..

It would be better if you split up in two and take them with your food in the morning and evenings.

I actually dropped my dose to 25mg/day and it is still working well for me.

I always try to split my orals am / pm.
