HEY GUYS IVE BEEM UPGRADING MY PROTIEN INTAKE AND TAKING SHITS 3 TIMES A DAY SINCE U THINK THIS IS NORMAL OR SHOULD I CUT BACK ON THE PROTIEN
 
If it's giving you stomache cramps/pains then take it down a notch. And bring it back up gradually...you can't just jump right into it.

Make sure your meals are balanced, not just protein shakes. That alone gives some people gas.

That's another good point...eat smaller amounts of protein more frequently throughout the day.

i don't have cable so i can't see it if it's on the pay channels. my damn rent is so high here in Venice the only thing i can afford is food, steroids, and my gym membership. well i don't really pay for the membership but...
