Okay so a little breakdown all relevant to you currently being in a super physiological state (not hard to do with the current state of most natural levels) this is already more test then you’d have naturally. Your E2 is fine, I’d personally say it’s not a problem with this panel and I’d focus on these things instead:
HDL is a little low
Trigs are showing your diet may not be “tight”/dialed in
Your APOB is already borderline high <80 is good <60 is optimal
To give you the summarised version based on the panel id say your cardiovascular system is already under a little strain as is. How much cardio are you doing?
Realistically these are all longevity factors. everyone’s version of what’s risky is different. These in particular will all get worse upping your dose. The risk isn’t hypothetical, it’s actually predictable with a dose increase.
Personally I’d say, smash out some cardio, start dialling in your diet, focus on improving the markers then go for it
Some valuable info here would definitely be your BP and resting heart rate
