Protien pancakes...

not my best idea. So I took oatmeal vanilla protien powder and egg whites mixed it together. Then warmed a pan let it cook on both sides. It looked fuckin great but went down not so good only ate around 1/4 of it. Lets hear your worst idea for a healthy alternative. Oh anyone got advice on how to make my protien pancakes decent feel free to chime in.
 
put some cinnamon in there and maybe a dash of nutmeg, and use sugar free syrup

i think maybe i used whole eggs though. can't remember.....

oh, and possibly some cottage cheese?

My worst recent idea:

vanilla protein powder + canned chicken + V8

I thought it would be :p (don't ask why :insane: ) and it appears to be :sick:
 
Try using protein, instead of protien........not even sure what that is....but man it just sounds plain nasty. :)

canned chicken + anything = nasty


On a related note, cottage cheese + sugar free strawberry jelly = nothing close to New York Cheesecake, as some of you crazy diet guru's have suggested.

my liquid protein definitely woulda hooked that up for ya, Sugarbooty.
 
tried to make fritters out of protein and oatmeal... but i ran out of plain pro and used vanilla instead

Ive always needed to mix in some flour to make it palatable
 
Dinners attemp at something new much better.

Can of tuna, spoon full of cottage cheese, one egg about 1/4 cup of egg whites scrambled. Just finshed eating it pretty dam good.
 
we're out of freakin water. We have a water dispenser and Arrowhead delivers a bigass jug every two weeks. We usually don't use it all but now it's gone. :)
 
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheege
10 egg whites (the less yolk the better)
cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein
blend (oh and blend it back up between each pancake you make or the oatmeal will just end up on the bottom)

cook.

Good Lord, you people are are wussies.

Protien power + water + flax. Mix it and drink it.
 
Pancakes: 4 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 tblsp flax meal (optional), cinnamon, splenda, nutmeg, baking powder (just a tad), 1/3 cup dry oats: blend in a blender then cook like pancakes...........YUM!!
