I know each has its own place.. Whey for post workout. The blend is more of a time realease thing. My question is... if one had to purchase one type of protien what would it be. I'm asking because i just got two 3lbs tubs of ON Nitro Core 24 for 9.99 each. I can get 2 - 5lb tubs for 12.99 each next month. I went in to get whey... came out with this. I still drink one gainer shake a day and 4 servings of the Nitro Core. Just looking for opinions. I am however trying to get the majority of my protien from meat! I love me some steak! Thanks fellas.
