What are some protein supplements that are going to help me bulk and gain muscle. i used whey protein but im not really that satisfied with it what are some other supplements i can take. Can some one give me some information about the amino acid supplements?
here's your answer right here ^^^You need protein, protein, protein. That means food. You can add a shake now and then for extra, but it's just another form of food. As for supplementation, there's GEAR -- and there's everything else. It's the only amino source that is superior to any food source.
