Pro's do this form of cardio

Well, for me, I walk at a 12% grade at 4.0-5.0 speed for 15 minutes....then do some deep stretches, and then hop back on for an additional 10 minutes.....

3 days a week I do it first thing in the am, same grade, increase the intensity to 4.8-6.0 and go for 35 minutes non-stop.......
 
I didnt write it, nor did I calim to agree with it.............I've said I do am cardio and will continue...it's from anohter thrad on this board....ask that dude where he got it.......

I just go with my gut really...no set design to my cardio sessions. If I feel like running hard, I'll up it to 7-8mph and go for as long as I can...usually 20-30 minutes. But if I feel like being lazy, I'll just throw it on the low 5's and go longer. I basically just pick what feels right, and go for as long as i can.

CORRECTION: I may have pissed YOU off because i suggested YOU were overtraining. I mean YOU are always asking for advice on x6 days a week double split systems then arguing when people advise you not to. I don't care if this upsets you,you don't sound very big and are always asking for help and advice which leads me to conclude your 'gains' are less than impressive.

I don't know about other PEOPLE,the only person I have tried to help has been YOU and YOU spat the dummy out bro

Ive been doing morning cardio on an empty stomach for my whole bb career along with several other bros who I garentee would agree with me that it works. I dont give a shit what some study shows Ive read a study that steroids gives you m.s. but it dosent mean its true.


No-one said it can't get you shredded ..if you exercise and are in a calorie deficit you will lose fat,end of story. That said empty stomach AM cardio WILL BURN MUSCLE and plenty of it. You can ignore that fact ..no problem bro but just because you use it doesn't make the numerous scientific studies that prove it to not be the optimal cardio invalid.

Have fun burning more muscle than you need to brother ;)

You know what champ? In ever post that you have something to say about me it reads "YOU DON'T SOUND VERY BIG"...........This just in.........I'm NOT! Nor did I ever make that claim....I'm 6'2 and pushing 200lbs..........

Difference is, I still bench 350...still squat close to 4 plates...and I'm around 7%bf.....which means, I'll be taking my shirt off this summer off at the pool while you hide behind a tank top or baggy shirt because you're FAT and just concerned about training heavy.....Give it a rest.....


Listen to what bulldog says............you may actually learn something.......
