Pro Magnon is NOT the same as Halodrol. That is a misconception. Here's the real truth...

Pro Magnon 25 by PPL is 25mg per cap of this -

Halodrol-50 by GN is 50mg per tab of this -

4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3,17b-diol


This is like comparing test to dbol. The PPL product is the 4-halogenated precursor to 4-chloro-methyltestosterone while the GN product is the 4-halogenated precursor to Oral Turinabol.

You are comparing apples and oranges here.

I know the owners of both PPL and GN personally. Both people are great guys and very honest but both are separate companies that have nothing to do with each other.

Both products are quite effective in their own way but they will cause substantially different types of effects. The PPL product is more androgenic than the GN product. The GN product is has a higher A:A ratio. Neither will aromatize to estrogen due to the 4-halogen. Both probably have intrinsic active properties before conversion to the "active hormone" being 3,17b-diols (despite not having the requisite 3-ketone to bind to the AR optimally).

Both are very good products but they are absolutely NOT the same compound and anyone telling you differently is lying to defraud you or just can't read and made an honest mistake.

i have not found a PH yet after the ban of 2004 that works

It's been very common to see this Pro Magnon touted as a Halodrol clone. I used EST Hemadrol (Halodrol clone) and thought it felt like Var. Not much else, though. Pro Magnon honestly felt like Halotestin to me. I kid you not. I used 100mg for 3 days and thought I was gonna explode. Dropped it to 50mg and felt better. I don't think it will put a lot of size on , but i think it could be used to harden up or for immediate aggresion/strength increases.

These are the only two designer steroids I have used. I have used most oral AAS and injectables over 14 years, though. I deffinately think the designers are for real, but I like the abundant/conclusive info out there about the common AAS.

Here's a breakdown of Pro Magnon from Dr. D over on ibeforums.

" BK is just about right on this one (oh no, can it be?!) except the 3-one function is not super critical for binding, especially with something 17a-methylated anyway which will not bind well to begin with in most cases. The Pro would have a more androgenic punch that the Halo. Neither will be a good substrate for aromatase. As for intrinsic anabolism, it's hard to say, but the Halo should have greater separation of effects at least.

I'd probably compare it to Halotestin. Another hydroxylated and halogenated compound. It's 11-OH, 9-F though instead of 3-OH, 4-Cl but the metabolic effect is the same. It's basically a designer form of methyltest that is more resistant to metabolic degradation. On Halotestin, I have noticed all the symptoms you described, especially insomnia and the vascularity and hypertension which is more related to boosted RBC counts than anti-cort effects. Keep an eye on blood pressure and start taking potassium daily to mediate the dirties better. Mood can be toned down with a benzo if needed."
