Prolotherapy

Anyone on the board use it?
I have had a strained bicep tendon for over a year. The outer head does not ever work anymore. My Dr. has had me on Peroxicam since june. I have been told that anti-inflamatories don't really help. My only other alternatives are a cortizone shot or surgery. I would rather not use the last two alternatives.
I would love to hear some experiences with Prolotherapy!
