Prolactin causing sex issues?

My friend is on this cycle.
750Mg test E EW
300Mg Tren E EW
600Mg EQ EW
Anavar not sure how much but its minimal.
HCG 250IU M, W, F

He said he has no sex drive. He can get it up but no drive. In the past when he's been on that much test he said his drive was through the roof as it would be for any hot blooded man.
I told him I think its one of two things. He is taking more mg of tren e, eq, and anavar combined than the amount of test. Or more likely it is the elevated prolactin from the tren because he's not taking any dostinex or bromo. Does elevated prolactin decrease sex drive? I told him to take some dostinex.
Thoughts?

first off i doubt that the amount of other gear vs. the test is causing it because 750mg of t3st is alot...not saying thats not the cause but to me it seems unlikey.

as far as prolactin? ive had numerous prolactin issues and never had a problem with sex drive. if prolactin is an issue he would either be unable to have an orgasm or unable to maintain a woody. although cabasser would definitely increase his sexual desire its a little too extreme for this case and you dont want to mess with your dopamine levels if you dont have to.

so my suggestion is that your SHBG is being suppressed by estrogen. hes not using any anti-e's and thusly estrogen is binding up the free test in his blood. is he showing any signs of high estrogen levels? (acne, bloating etc...)get a good AI i.e. aromasin, or arimidex and try that. if that doesnt help go for some proviron. that will definitely boost his sex drive.

alot of people report that AI's increase their sex drive when using high amounts of test.

That must have come straight from a medical journal. This is true, it may lower FSH, but FSH stand for Follicle Stimulating Hormone, which is what turns primary follicles in the ovaries into mature ova, or eggs. So...not much of a problem unless you have what doctors call a "vagina."

Yea he used tren ace a year ago with 500mg of test and winny everyday. Not sure on the winny amounts. He had no sexual problems. Im running tren ace right now with .5mg dostinex mon and thur and my drive is through roof but so is my ability to go right after. I think his problem may be a bit of too much estrogen and prolactin.
He has a little acne but no bloat or gyno. In fact he is looking really tight dry and vascular right now.
I think if he uses a little .5mg dos mon and thur and .25mg adex eod that should do it.

Why not advise your friend to spend a little change and run down to the lab and have his level checked. Then he will know what he's dealing with. The problem will be easier to fix if you know what the problem is. I had prolactin issues with tren at 300mg a week. Get the level checked.

He went to the doc spilled the beans and had lots of blood taken. He is doing a full screening including all the hormones. He is going back later this week to get the results.

for the other guy, don't fuck around, get cabaser now, do 1mg e3d until he's feeling good and then drop it to .5mg e3d and see how he feels. only get pharm grade cabaser. liquid cabaser is bs product. even on cabaser though i feel lack of libido at times. sometimes horny as fuck, sometimes no drive, although mentally i wanna fuck, but the cock still works. had some getin soft 40 minutes into it issues but cabaser has fixed that. but i'm on
