Well, I've been lifting hard for about 8 weeks now, 4-5 times a week, 2 upper body and 2 lower body workouts, recently followed the last 2 weeks by HIIT cardio.

I'm 6'1, weigh about 193.......prob about 8% bf?

These aren't the best pics, but I took them myself, so cut me some slack!

Damn, it wouldn't let me uplaod them. Here's a link instead.

No, I've been lifting for a while.......... I just focused on strength and explosiveness for 8 weeks while staying as lean as possible. Lots of deads, squats, cleans, snatches, push presses, and rows, with some plyos and chins thrown in.

By hard I mean totally focusing on not missing any meals, not faltering in my diet at all, and making sure my supplement intake was right on, esp post workout.

Good job buddy!
Keep it up!!

What is your cardio and training split like. Similar body types I am heavier but likely less lean....looking to drop some b/f so I figured I would ask what u do for cardio and how long. Thanks in advance. Lookin good

OK- Training spilt is usually 1 upper body, day off, 1 lower body, day off, then 1 upper body, 1 lower body 2 days off....That's roughly my sechedule. Certain days, I'll train BJJ/wrestling at night , so if I lift that AM, I won't bother w/ cardio.

Typical workout- 5-6 sets, 4-5 exercises, 1-6 reps

Typical post workout cardio- 20-25 minutes:

Precor Elliptical Trainer...interval course. Level 3 on rest intervals, level 12-14 on work intervals....5 min cooldown

Treadmill- walk 5 minutes at 3.5 mph, then sprint for 30 sec, walk for 1min, repeat for 10-15 min, then walk 3.0 for a cooldown (don't have any set incline for walking, i vary it) Incline at 15 degrees for sprints and rest intervals

Jump rope- 2 min of jumping, 1 min of rest... repeat for roughly 20 min

Hope that helps out a little.

The main exercises I use have already been listed above, usually take about 2 min b/w sets, depending on how heavy and what movenment.

Looking very ripped bro. Keep it up.
