I know, I have pounded them every which way, and while they are making some progress, they still basically suck. Maybe another 10 years of training and they wont suck so bad
needsize man... incredible improvement from the pics in the thread you directed to Arnold'sApprentice. 65lbs, i'm guessing at least 50lbs of it is lbm? that is a hell of a lot of muscle.
i'd say your biggest improvement have been your lats. those things are fuckin unreal. truly "wings" now. and this from a guy who had a "crappy" back, eh?
also, great to see you packed on that extra muscle while keeping the perfect symmetry from before.

CCJ - you're right, his arms do look like his quads in the rear double bicep. i'm hoping it's just the angle of the pictures, or else it means i'm going to have to catch up a good 10"+ lol
