I have gotten a lot of requests from people wanting to know what I look like after gaining 65lbs post show, so I took a few shots after training today.
Stats are just under 5'9", 245lbs, bf is between 11-12%, hard to pin point as I am holding a fair bit of water from the deca. Current
Poses are way off as I havent posed since the show, but you get the idea

I think you put 20lbs in each arm and the other 25 in your back, lol. Looks great man, great motivation.

I noticed your calfs weren't all that great during the show, and it looks really tiny compared to your massive quads.

Anyways kudos to you for being a massive mofo!

I know, I have pounded them every which way, and while they are making some progress, they still basically suck. Maybe another 10 years of training and they wont suck so bad

needsize man... incredible improvement from the pics in the thread you directed to Arnold'sApprentice. 65lbs, i'm guessing at least 50lbs of it is lbm? that is a hell of a lot of muscle.

i'd say your biggest improvement have been your lats. those things are fuckin unreal. truly "wings" now. and this from a guy who had a "crappy" back, eh?

also, great to see you packed on that extra muscle while keeping the perfect symmetry from before.

you look nothing like the guy that in the competition vid!

CCJ - you're right, his arms do look like his quads in the rear double bicep. i'm hoping it's just the angle of the pictures, or else it means i'm going to have to catch up a good 10"+ lol :p

you should post up some befores from back before you touched a weight!
 
those fucking arms are massive! just curious- what does your arm routine look like? Do you hit tri's hard or what? lookin swole as hell brutha.

my arm routine is nothing fancy, all heavy free weight exercises
bis
standing barbell curls
incline dumbell curls
preacher curls

tris
close grip bench
weighted dips
skull crushers

my lats arent wide enough but the biggest problem area has got to be calves, I've put a lot of size on them but they are still pathetic

Wow, you look good. Keep that shit going. I like the back shot man. It looks good but, you can tell that you are right handed by a little deviation in your symmetry. Not to take anything away, bro you look great, just watch when you do pull-downs or whatever that you are not overcompensating with your right side. I’m not dising you or taking anything away, you look fucking big. Nice work.
