progress pics

well here are some progress pics of mine just click on the link and tell me what u think. i did not start lifting heavy until january and i had mono the entire month of december so i lost some weight after the november pics. i started in january at 169.5 i was 190 this morning during the day i am around 100 i hold alot of water during the day. any guesses on bodyfat % would be appreciated to.;) and if u wonder what happend to me in may i was feeling fat so i cut down and started over. which i will do again when i hit 210-220 becasue i actually got stronger while cutting last time and i dont like being fat, long story or a tormented childhood.

good progress bro. Your frame kinda looks like mine when I started, small, but once you start packing mass on it you'll look so much bigger than everyone else
 
thanks i feeling like crap this morning i lost 3 pounds hopefully water in a week. and i cant train do to injured bicep tendons in both arms. knew i could count on yall to make me wanna train again;)
 
Nice. Also you've probably gained more than you realize since you probably lost about 4 pounds of hair between then and now ;)
 
actually the pics dont help me much i cant see my own improvements i am one that sees my downsides. i still look at the pics and say to much fat here or not enough muscle there i have to get over that. i now train for strongman but i still never want to be fat again when i was in middle school i weighed more than i do now that can basically destroy your view of yourself for a long time. kids can be mean and words do hurt. so my first goal is to be strong and compete but i still want to stay lean and by looking at ahola and a few otehrs i can see it can be done.:D and yes i had alot of hair :fro:
 
Hay man.... i'm heading in the opposite direction.

Currently at 253, trying to get down to about 230.

Might meet you somewhere in the middle there :D
