actually the pics dont help me much i cant see my own improvements i am one that sees my downsides. i still look at the pics and say to much fat here or not enough muscle there i have to get over that. i now train for strongman but i still never want to be fat again when i was in middle school i weighed more than i do now that can basically destroy your view of yourself for a long time. kids can be mean and words do hurt. so my first goal is to be strong and compete but i still want to stay lean and by looking at ahola and a few otehrs i can see it can be done.
and yes i had alot of hair
