Still a long way to go, but have come a long way already... :D

I've been cutting during the past 11 months, down some 70lbs... want to go down 20 more before starting to bulk.

agree....looks like it's time to build some muscle, you're an expert on diet now so you shouldn't have a problem with a good clean bulking diet

I'm slowly coming to this realization too... all this time I've been fretting over the damned BF% numbers... when if all truth be told, the numbers don't mean shit, what really matters is how you perceive yourself to look.

I'd be happy to start bulking just now, however, the only that has kept me away from it is that the friggin BF machine still has me at 20%... Little by little I'm starting to care less about it and thinking on doing what looks right

You don't look 20% to me at all. Like you said, those machines are good to gauge progress up and down the scale but as far as accuracy goes don't trust them for shit.

Plus, building more muscle will increase your metabolism...I would bulk untill you hit a plateau, then see how much easier it is to cut with more muscle mass to burn them calories
 
toca i agree with the others - its time to stop cutting and go for a steady, cleanish consolidation. i made the mistake once of getting too lean, and lost a LOT of muscle doing it, needlessly - but then, when you spend half your life being a fattie, you get the idea in your head that you absolutely HAVE to be of single digit bf or bust ;)

your progress has been great :) keep up your intensity, but shift your focus to adding a little bit of quality, lean mass while your body will allow it - becuase it doesnt like doing so when youre too lean

First off, little by little is better than nothing! Your legs are your legs are your strong point. Keep working!
 
didnt read all your posts but did you lose fat? you look great but could use some more mass. what are your goals? ht? wt?

yep, cutting is my thing... went down 70lbs before taking these pics. starting to bulk now
 
Great Work, I admire anyone who doesn't neglect the wheels, i hate seeing a developed upper body only to see chicken legs.

Keep eating clean... just eat more. You can gain muscle and lose fat!
BF machines are always screwed up. Get a 7 point test done! You are less than 20%
 
Looking good, orb.

However, I need to make a few suggestions.

1. Get a tan.

2. Clipper your body.

3. Learn how to use the self timer on your digicam.

Otherwise, nice job.
