Progress? Opinions needed

I'm trying to lose some body fat. I do three full bodies a week. My strength has not gone down since I started my cut. I'm currently eating 2750 (20% below maint) on 45%p/30%f/25%c. I was of the mindset that cardio would hurt my gains but have now started at least the elliptical every morning for 40-60 mins. I weighed 240lbs at the beginning of my cut three weeks ago and I'm now 236lbs. 4lbs lost in three weeks isn't alot. Can you see a difference in the pics? Am I on the right track?
