okay.. i really need a professional opinion on this... so if you don't really know.. just don't say anything... no offense.. but i've heard so many things that i'm so confused..

the question is... wouldn't you be annoyed if one half of your body was unproportional to the other half? well that's me..

almost everything on the right side of me is bigger than the left side. you could say its like twice as big. its so messed up. okay maybe not TWICE as big but u get the point.

its almost as if... one person was on my right side..and one person was on my left side... the person on the right would say.. "dam your so jacked..".. and the person the left would say.."dam you need to gain some weight." ...

when i'm around girls i make sure they get a good look at the right side of me. its to that extent. its like i'm ashamed of my left side.

what the hell am i supposed to do to correct it? i mean i'm happy with myself its just that its dam annoying ...i wish it was jus even and i was normal.

things i've heard:... "just work out your left side". <- that's the stupid typical answer everyone gives me. ... or.."you can't do anything about it."... <-i think that's bs. and other crap about some weird condition that tennis players get from their serving arm... and this crap from somebody

“Shoulder / pec - You are probably internally rotated & elevated on the right side. You need a proper evaluation and corrective exercise to re-align the shoulder girdle. It is possible there is nerve entrapment or scalini syndrome on your right side which will inhibit nerve conduction to the pec. This is common in many tennis players on their serving arm. Once corrected you can perform unilateral movments to increase the size of the right pec.” … <- what the hell does that mEAN!? Asdfipadsfa09sufsadf …..

someone help me. like… seriously.. help.

Do you have a pic? have you ever had your posture evaluated...by a Dr.? Are your legs the same length? Is your gait normal? If all these things are in order, then i really dont know what to tell you. I think it is normal for all people to be a little unsymmetrical...but to the extent your talking about, i dont know. I would really like to see a pic

im hijacking this thread.

the last explination he posted seems like me, my right shoulder seems to be sightly elevated and my right

bleh fuckit.

POST A PIC!

i kinda had the same problem.. weird thing was i didnt see a doctor and just wondered if it was the way i slept.. i always ended up with one arm over my head, while facing down and i think it was just making that one side more stretched out, so that in the morning one shoulder looked like it was more in front of the other..

im talking about position of shoulders and how it can affect your overall look... not muscular imbalances though..

try sleeping opposite of what you normally do...
