Problem with Rxhealthdrug order

I ordered dec 2nd and received a confirmation of payment from alertpay. Since then I wanted to check the status of my order on the rx site but can no longer log in under the name and password I used when I placed my order. So I put in my email to have my password sent to me. They never emailed it. So I went to their help center and descibed my issue and never got an email for that either. So WTF is going on?

Yeah! I'm getting tired of seeing this shit on the board ,RX is a good as the rest of our sponsors, They may be just overloaded with Shipping issues right here at christmas, happens every year!
