What would you say, which muscle groups are the most important to train before starting backflips, flips forward, and some other stuff from breakdancing(?), 'cause I really need to start practicing those, don't wanna injure myself on the first try..
I will start with giving a lot more attention to my back (more to lower?), forearms, and probably strengthen more core muscles. Is there anything else I should think about?
