PreMax - The BEST pre-workout drink!

I went through two containers of Pre*Max and really liked it. I recently ordered the Standalone PeptoPro to drink as an intra-workout supp. Should be here on Wednesday. If my budget allowed for it I would have Pre*Max all the time, but with a 1 year old its tough to justify with my wife for only 10 servings per container. If the price was more in line with the Max Absorbed Protein of 27 servings per container and had all the GPLC to boot, that would be amazing.

If you were going just for the benefits of peptopro and gplc, it might be more cost effective to purchase the two separately. However, you wouldn't get the benefits of additional electrolytes, pomegranate, and grape seed extract in the PreMax.

I heard we have some new reviews/logs on PreMax on Pp.com? Where are those at?

ive compiled a list of reviews/logs on another forum. Let me get them here.

FINAL REVIEW

Cliff Notes

Premax at a full dose was awesome. Best pump ever, decreased soreness, increased energy.

Premax ar a half dose is very affordable, still a better or equal pump to all the other preworkout supps I have tried, decreased soreness, increased energy.

Premax review at a FULL DOSE taken preworkout

Positives:

-Best pump i've gotten from a preworkout
-Very clean and focused pump, no headaches
-Very clean and noticeable energy, no jitters or crash
-Decreased soreness and lactic burn
-"Viagra-like-enhancing" effects
-Tastes decent, doesn't taste bad by any means
-Mixes great

Negatives:
-The price is high, but you are getting what you pay for

Comments:
-In summary for my full dose of premax, the pump I got from this was extreme. It was very similar to the pump I get from hormonal compounds, and greater than any pump i've gotten from any other preworkout supplement that I bought or made myself. It by far beats any arginine or citruilline or any supps loaded with that stuff.

-My favorite benefit from this was the decrease in lactic acid. It allowed me to work harder while lifting, and also allowed me to have decreased soreness in the days following my workouts. It was very apparent.

-There was viagra like effects with this. I wasn't just popping stiffies left and right, but if I was trying to pop one...yea...

-The energy I got from this preworkout was spot on. Not all crazy jittery, and very clean. A few days I lifted on only about 2-3 hours of sleep, and after taking premax and doing a few warm us sets, I was ready to go.

Premax review at a HALF DOSE taken preworkout

Comments:

Premax at a half dose allows you to get 20 sevings per bottle, which is very affordable for most. That is 20 workouts per tub, so a month supply at least.

In comparison to other preworkout supplements, I would stuff rather take a 1/2 dose of premax than a full dose of any of the other (many) products I have tried.

The pump i got from the half dose wasn't as extreme as the full dose, but was still very apparent, and still just as strong if not stronger than all the other supps I have tried.

The decreased soreness I got from the premax at a half dose was great. And this is something I never notice from other supplements, which is why I would recommend a half dose of premax to everyone who can't afford the full. I still got a lot of energy from the half dose.

Small Review

http://anabolicminds.com/forum/suppl...42-premax.html VVVVVV

I'll give PreMax from PP a shout.

Brief description in case you were not aware, pre-workout drink comprising:

Dipeptides: PeptoPro® brand hydrolyzed casein protein isolate.
Antioxidants: Organic freeze-dried pomegranate, Tomato extract + GSE
GPLC: Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride GlycoCarn®

So non-stim. GPLC often rumoured to have amazing properties. Dipeptides very readily absorbed. The product is believed to stimulate rapid muscle recovery with a study supporting it. It certainly appears to be a much stronger product than individual amino acids, e.g. Purple Wraath which I've used and found not to be effective as well as tyrosine - which does zip for me.

One theory (my theory really, waving my arms about) is that the body wants dipeptides, or it prefers them, rather than dealing with single amine acids (monopeptides as it were). The other idea is that GPLC is doing all the work.

Does it work?: You bet ya. Tried for the first time today, for a non-stim it was amazing. I took it with ginseng (6-year old ground) and Muira puama - the energy effect was noticeable, it could have been acting synergistically with ginseng. It felt like a charged up dose of ginseng with very noticeable body stimulation however there was reasonable mental stimulation - Muarama gives this but ginseng doesn't. It also appears to have regenerative properties - that too soon to say but it felt that way. Certainly one to keep an eye out for and if you can try go for it.

Summary
: expensive, maybe. Value? Certainly. Could be a novelty effect. Could be a major new tool in the workout world.

Is it gonna be Sustain Alpha (PP's massively respected resveratrol product) or Phyto-testosterone (PP, some rave about it, but I don't) - continued use is the best way to answer that.

For some reason this guy never finished his review but here is a post

http://www..com/forum/su...og-review.html

Alright guys, here's my report back for Monday (legs) and Tuesday (chest)

Leg day went awesome. Pumps were insane as reported by others. Gives me a pump like dbol which is pretty sweet. I was having trouble going all the way down on my last few reps of squats!

Pump remained for a while after my workout, which is good since it takes me about 20m to get home and make my protein shake.

Chest day was solid. Chest felt very full and pumped. Shoulders got super pumped. Energy level was high on both days, and I think the lactic acid buffering works immediatley because I noticed it on both Monday and Tuesday.

Good stuff so far! Used a full dose

-If posting links to other forums is against the rules, ill edit

Seems to be and with all of the ingredients having good studies to back them up Id say that theres no reason to doubt its efficacy.

Now we just need to do something to give the skeptics a chance to try it. How can we do that? Maybe by making it a little more affordable.

Ideas?
