Hello all lads, I will have a contest next Saturday, I am currently taking glutamine, Animal Nitro, fish oil, vitamins so far, should I stop using some of them before this contest? Thanks in advance.
no, you can continue taking all of them. make sure you continue taking fish oil because soon when you glycogen deplete you need to keep your fats up. hope you have your potassium and dandelion ready for that next week. thursday the thing you have to worry about is your sodium intake. good luck with the show. your first one?

Thanks buddy, this's my first competition, its China national contest. I decide to take 10 gram fish oil and 4 gram Vitamin C starting from next Monday. My currently body weight is 83KG and 6% bodyfat. I do have my potassium ready, it's Nature's Way potassium.
In order to keep dry, I plan to take 20mg lasix in the morning right before the pre-judge. what do you think?
i dnt knw much about diuretics but be sure
and i mean very sure about how to use them. it could make or break your physique and your show.
in the 4 shows i;ve done i have never used any kind of diuretics and placed first and overall in my last two.
i did all this through carb and water manipulation
lasix seems pretty harsh. if you plan on using it watch out for it's sides. all i ever took was dandelion and maybe some uva ursi starting monday and continuing to after prejuding. they can be tricky and it does make or break you. that and spilling over on carbs.
