Regular peanut butter doesn't separate because it's full of partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. That's shortening. Crisco. Peter Pan, Jif, and Skippy are really just peanut-flavored Crisco.

I've found the solution for the all natural peanut butter problem, I got a paint shaker.

BTW, the house brand ANPB at my neighborhood Kroger supermarket absolutely rocks, and it's cheap as hell. I get the crunchy, and I just eat it from the jar. It's that good.

That made me curious, so I called Skippy. The ingredients are Peanuts, Sugar, Palm Oil, and salt, in that order. Palm oil is what makes it stay together. Palm oil also isn't the best oil. But still, this doesn't sound too bad.
