Hmmm, how long have you been training. I'm not one to talk because I don't use aas, but make sure you got your dieting and training nice and solid before you consider enhancements. If you feel you are ready and are at an age to handle this, go for it.
 
6 years now solid, don't ever take time off. Sittin at 5'9 180 right now, never said i was huge, the guys on here make me look like a shrimp, but times are gonna change now.

Well i dont want you to think i am being a dick bro but you been working out for 6 years hard to believe that...You look like all you might have been doing is pushups and thats about it..You cant be weight training and if you are your doing something wrong...I dont think aas is going to do to much for you at first with that frame you got now..Not much arms or back or shoulders..
You real need to weight train more serious and i mean every body part thats a must! But for 6 years you should have more muscle then you have in the picture..You need to real think about geting more serious on weights if your going to run gear because you will find out the hard way when you get no gains and just some water bulk...gl
 
True that she is the sh**. Anyways, i might be smaller than some but I can tell you one thing for my size i can put up numbers with guys in the 200's. I have been in the gym for years, but have been specialized training for 4 of those years due to sports. I was limited in what i could do, due to the coaches in the gym with us watching. Now like i said i never claimed to be huge, but Damn you act like i weigh 140 or something. Keep all that stuff comin all it does is fuel me in the gym. Come Jan. I will have new pics and then you can tell me if i have changed or not. I am just doing this so i have something to look back on when i am done with my first cycle. Nobody is gonna discourage me from doing my cycle, so don't try. Well fellas negative or not, its all good to me.

hold up a second here.I was just saying the girl was hot.as for you you look pritty good.just reamamber eat big to get big hit the gym hard and ask alote of ??? around here.
 
you have great natural look, but in good place to start using AAS. (fantastic tatt work too).

i am inch or two taller than you, and couldnt get past 180 or 182 naturally. now at192 thanks to AAS. you dont need to put on huge amounts of muscle to make significant changes to your physique.

10 or 15 lbs muscle will suit you. now get out the syringes and poke yourself.

Appreciate that, yeah i love my tats they all have a meaning to me unlike some ppl who just get them to get them. i hope to gain 15-20 pounds that would be great...come next mon. the new me starts.

5'9 @ 180 is a decent size. dont let ozz get u down. It takes some balls to post pix on this sight...and I give u k for that...u got pix of the wheels? What do you plan on running for yer cycle??

prob not the best picture to post considering there are african americans on this forum!! but ne who!! looking good man good luck on that aas remember that it will work but to do it right first your diet/training and sleep have to be in check so eat clean( alot of food) id say bump up ur cal intake to 4500-5000 depending on you metabolism. train hard, sleep 8 plus hours a night! and you will gain quick i too would like to kno what you are using!!

First off the flag means no harm, i am from the south and currently still live here, and it is a part of my history. If anyone is offended i am sorry. Anyhow, here is my cycle/diet/PCT. I will go with the cycle and PCT first:

Test E: weeks 1-12 500mg week 250mg/Mon. and thurs.
Deca: weeks 1-12 400mg week 200mg/Mon. and thurs
Dbol: weeks 1-5 30mg/ed
Dbol: weeks 11-14 30mg/ed
arimidex weeks 1-12 .5mg/eod

PCT:
Week 12: 1000iu/day HCG, 20mg Nolva/day
Week 13: 20mg/Nolva ed
Week 14: 100mg/day Clomid, 20mg/Nolva ed
Week 14-16: 50mg/day Clomid, and 20mg Nolva ed

Diet:
7:30[/B]- 2 scoops of ON 100%Whey+1 scoop casein muscle milk

9:30- 6 eggs(I see nothing wrong eating yolks while bulking);2 cups of oatmeal

12:15- 2 chicken breast, bananna, rice, carrots

2:30- 2 scoops Whey, cup of oatmeal, peach

3:30- 1 chicken breast, broccoli or other green veg

5:00- either chicken or steak, sweet potato or rice

7:00- cup of oats, can of tuna

8:00(pre-workout)- 2 scoops Whey, tlsb of creatine/glutamine

9:30(post-workout)- 2 scoops Whey, one scoop casein, amino fuel

10:30(bedtime)- tslb of pb, 2 scoops of casein(milk)

I have been planning all this for a while now, and look forward to starting next week.
 
looks like you planned everything out real well. Should get some great results from the cycle. I would personally not run the d-bol from 11-14. Keep us posted on how it goes.

you gonna put on some seriuos size git from this cycle. keep us posted on your progress. on EF we all clamor to see the results of good steroid usage. :)

That is an intersting theory. What are you looking to gain from the Dbol that late in the cycle?
 
I got a bunch of buddies that go to USC in columbia and actually i am up there a good bit on the weekends. I currently go to Lander which is in Greenwood. Small school, but does its purpose. I am running the short ester to get that extra boost as the test(longer ester) runs out of my system. I am experimenting with it, so we will see how it goes.

git er done... That is a lot of food, and a long time working out, I eat half as many meals and have been working out for a solid 4 months, heres my progress....
 
Still no show, guess he learned he didnt really have it all figured out after all..
Guess when you can't show anything after 6 years of training whos to expect it will happen on a 12 weeks cycle either go figure...:lmao:
