I damn near pass out eery time. 320 for 15to 20 reps today. I'll be sucking wind and dizzy for seeral minutes after. Gets a little scary. I don't do real heay weight because I'd risk injury.

18 reps and I'm sucking wind bad and can barely type. No way I can go to failure without risking a stroke.

you must have weights at your place...I cannot wait untill I can do the same...I usually stick to heavy 5*5 on squats. High reps don't seem to do it for me, I feel it more with heavier weight/lower reps...squats are my favorite exercise.

Oak, Bran, Gambino and crew. It was a bitch. Moed up to 370x10 for the final set. A lot easier than the high rep squats. Yeah, I'e got a squat cage in my garage. Comes in handy. A few more sets, and then I'e got to jog for 2 miles. The run is murder after the squats.

my back is still reeling from yesterday's dl and gm session. Bite, you do gm's? Fucking brutal...

posting between sets....awesome.

run laps around your block. every lap come inside and make another post. we'll time you.

he lives in the country if Im not mistaken,so we should expect a response in about a week

Enlighten me man. What are gm's? And Crak, now I'd doing calf raises, I like posting between sets. Can't do it during the run though.

gm's/good mornings, similiar to a back extension. High bar placement on traps, slight bend in the knee, and bend over, untill your torso is parrallel to the ground. guranteed to hurt every time you do them...

Thanks bro. I can do more, but I'm lifting without knee wraps and belt is loose. That's enough weight to do the job though. Just did burnouts on calf raises, I'll be lucky to walk without pain tomorrow.

i know the feeling with the calves. been upping my weight by 5lbs every week and doing 5x15....well, now down to 5x12. i can barely walk to the water fountain between sets, but 10 minutes after i'm done, they feel good.

the next day, however, walking up the stairs can be an unpleasant experience.

and i've learned to NOT go to the library on campus after a leg session. i'll normally have to go up to the 2nd or 3rd floor to get on a computer....never fun, but i refuse to look like a pansy and take the elevator.

put the keyboard on the floor in front of you. do a stiff leg, put it down, make a post.

edit - we'll be your cheering section and count reps for you.

Damn, this sounds like my Saturday morning so far. I just rolled out of bed about 30 minutes ago and went through KFC drive-thru still in my pajama bottoms. I did have to ascend three flights of stairs to get back into my apartment when I got back though. Now I'm eating mashed potatoes and biscuits. Probably going to go lay on the couch here shortly and fart myself back to sleep.
