I've injected many things in my biceps...pgf2a,3cc's of sust,fina,eq....but nothing can be worse then the phenyl prop I'm about to go stick in each bi....if I don't post for a few days it's probably just because I can't extend my arms

bro, i've been doing arm injections for a long time, and im telling you, DON"T do phenylprop in your bi's. It is ablsolutely the worst pain i have ever had in my life. It left black lumps and i couldn't extend my arms. It hurt much worse than prop, sus, deca, winny, and even hurt worse than the cycle of synthol i once did. So if you are gonna do it, be ready, if its the testolents i used, you are in for some pain!
