this is my first PR post i think...
i squatted 225 twice today, when my previous max was 185...i was also the guy who last time i tried to max, ended up on the floor with ass to the floor(but still perfect) form, and the weights on the catcher thing...all the big guys said "be careful or your gunna kill yourself"
so this time, after

i felt so happy...
- i have told everyone pretty much, even my dad, except all he said was "be careful or youll get a hernia, that can be very dangerious" and all that bullshit...oh well
