Last leg dag I did 3*5 @720lbs in the legpress machine. It was heavy as hell and I barely made it. So this time I thaught I go for 3*6@720. Seemed like a fair gain. Soooooo I loaded the machine, but I miscalculated the weights so I ended up with 765lbs.
The first 2 sets of 6 I could barely handle then I got really freakishly upset and went for the third set. 1rep, 2 rep, 3rep, 4rep, 5rep, crash! There I where with 765lbs stuck in the machine... hehehe well at least another PR.
