Hey OMEGA, thanks for providing an excellent supplement .... I dont post much but I do give credit where its due .... I dont blow smoke for anybody but thought you would like to know that amp02 is great .... just ordered my third bottle last tuesday along with the phase I pamphlet cause I was thinking if ur pamphlet is anything like the amp02 then I am in for a new outlook on working out.... now I am just patiently waiting ... thanks again .........
